Tips

Baking for 15 to 20 minutes makes softer treats. For hard treats, bake longer. (I did not test out making crunchy treats as I prefer softer treats for my dogs).

I chose to just use my hands to press the dough out as it can be kind of sticky. Using a rolling pin may end up with a bunch of the dough stuck to it.

If you want other shapes, you can roll these and shape them by hand. Just keep to the 1/4 inch thickness for even baking.

Choose the size of the treats based on the size of your dog. Make them smaller for smaller dogs.

Always consult your vet before giving your dogs new foods.
