Store the rest in an air-tight container, like a freezer bag, in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Tips

  • Use pure pumpkin puree. Avoid pumpkin pie filling, which contains spices like nutmeg that are unsafe for dogs.
  • Chop the cranberries small. Whole cranberries become very hard when frozen and may be tough on your dog’s teeth.
  • Place silicone molds on a baking sheet before filling to make moving them to the freezer easier and spill-free.
